The hood:  San Jose.
This was the second year San Jose has celebrated Halloween and it was a big hit.  Ever tried dancing to latin music with a fireman´s helmet on?

A week in AutoCAD designing this roof for Luciano Barreras.
After two weeks in Santiago, I returned to San José in the Cajón del Maipo to kayak the river.  I had only planned to spend two days there but friends I met in the plaza invited me to go camping the next weekend and another invited me to stay with his family.  That weekend outing led to others and before I knew it, I had spent almost three months in the same town.  Some time was spent preparing for Aconcagua, and some was spent working, but mostly I participated in the lives of the four different families I stayed with.
